Eight student athletes of Berea College named KIAC Scholar Athletes.

The Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) announced the one hundred and twenty-five All Scholar Athletes for 2007-2008 on Monday, Jun. 16. Out of that number, Berea College had a total of eight student athletes receive the prestigious award. The award was given to students athletes who managed to maintain a cumulative 3.25 grade point average for at least two semesters at a KIAC institution.

The Berea College student athletes that received recognition for the 2007-2008 seasons were Kannatassen Appavoo, Fletcher Bell, Brandon Brown, Kristin Cecil, John Damron, Diana Gudkova, Ashley James and Greg Stearns.
