Minor in Religion
Requirements for the Minor
The faculty of the Religion Program have designed a minor in Religion to complement a student's interests and studies in other disciplines. The minor in Religion requires a minimum of five (5) course-credits, as follows:
Required Core Course
REL 200
Required REL Distribution Courses
One (1) course from each of the following three groups:
Biblical Studies
REL 101, 205, 207, 225, 227, 310, or 311
World Religions
REL 117, 132, 135, 240, 250, 260, 308, or 309
Religious Thought and Ethics
REL 109, 126, 210, 211, 215, 218, 221, 223, 235, or 312
Required Collateral Course
One (1) PHI course credit (chosen from PHI 100, 104, 214, or 215)
