Minor in Sociology
Requirements for the Minor
The minor in Sociology requires a minimum of six (6) course credits, as follows:
Required Core Courses
SOC 100 and 335
Required Distribution Courses
Four (4) additional SOC course credits, no more than one of which may be a course offered only in the the former Short Term
Additional considerations for the Sociology Minor
In addition to completing specified course requirements, each student must satisfy program standards for effectiveness in communication.
