As Berea is a Work College, our students learn the value of work ethic! That skill is the number one reason why employers seek out our students. Helping students develop their communication skills, technical skills and a sense of responsibility will help add value to your organization.

How can we facilitate you meeting a Mountaineer?  Register on our CareerBridge system, powered by CSO. Students will be able to upload their Résumé for you and you can posts jobs and contact information.

We will also be glad to host you on-site to interact with our students! Let us know what format you choose – a presentation, on-campus interviewing or even a table to disseminate information – and we will make it happen!
