Myers-Briggs
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality inventory based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types. These types were codified into 16 personality type descriptions. 40 years have proven the instrument to be both valid and reliable. Meaning it measures what it says it does (validity) and produces the same results when given more than once (reliability).
